You are the worst at packaging. Two volumes that are basically 7 x 5 inches does not need a box that is 8 x 11 x 5 inches. Also there are minor rips with one of the volumes.

But, since I am mostly thankful that it does not cost me a fortune to obtain the last few volumes of NGE - given that volumes 9 and 10 are simply on backorder and not cancelled at the price that you offered to sell them, I am content with this wasteful method of packaging and the subpar condition of my volumes.
